Hi, my name is Craig Tvedt and I’m the owner of The Uptown Trainer.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and a certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). I design custom fitness programs that are tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and movement needs—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, elevate your golf performance, or simply feel better in your body.
