Golf fitness is physical training designed to improve how your body moves and performs during the golf swing.
Your program may focus on:
Mobility for a more efficient swing
Stability for improved balance and control
Strength to support your body throughout the round
Power to increase speed and distance
Injury prevention for greater longevity in the game
Training is customized around your body, your physical limitations, and your golf-performance goals.
-
Golf fitness is beneficial for golfers of all skill levels.
You don’t need to be a low-handicap golfer or competitive player. Training is based on how your body moves—not your golf score.
Your program can help improve:
Mobility and rotation
Strength and stability
Balance and coordination
Power and clubhead speed
Your ability to play comfortably and consistently
The goal is to help your body perform better so you can enjoy the game and continue playing for years to come.
-
No. Golf fitness and golf instruction serve different purposes—and work very well together.
A golf instructor helps improve your swing technique.
As a TPI Golf Fitness Professional, I focus on your body's ability to physically perform the movements your golf swing requires.
If limited mobility, strength, stability, or power is affecting your swing, your training program will target those physical limitations.
The goal isn't to teach you how to swing the club. It's to help give your body the physical capacity to execute your swing more efficiently.
-
Potentially, yes.
Increasing distance isn't just about swinging harder. Your ability to generate clubhead speed can be influenced by your strength, power, mobility, stability, and how effectively your body produces and transfers force.
Golf fitness training may include:
Lower-body and total-body strength
Rotational power
Core stability
Hip and thoracic mobility
Speed and power exercises
Your program is customized around your current physical abilities and golf-performance goals.
-
Your golf fitness program begins with an assessment of how your body moves.
As a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Professional, I evaluate areas such as:
Mobility
Stability
Balance
Strength
Movement control
Rotational ability
The assessment helps identify physical strengths and limitations that may influence your golf performance.
I then use those findings to create a personalized training program based on your body, your goals, and the demands of your golf game.

Online coaching is billed monthly with no required long-term commitment.
However, I recommend committing to at least three months. This gives us enough time to establish consistency, measure meaningful progress, and make adjustments to your training and nutrition along the way.
