Hi, I’m Craig — owner and head coach at The Uptown Trainer.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and a certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). I design custom fitness programs that are tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and movement needs—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, elevate your golf performance, or simply feel better in your body.
During our sessions, I’ll guide you through each exercise with clear instruction, proper form, and a thoughtful blend of intensity and intention that keeps training both effective and enjoyable.
